IT Help Desk Technician - (Manchester, NH)

DEKA R&D Corp is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to support DEKA’s engineering efforts. This applicant will be a point of contact for all helpdesk inquiries via phone, email and walk-ins. Applicant should have a good customer service experience, strong organizational and communication expertise, a strong technical knowledge of computers and the expertise to work in a team environment. Prior work working in a high energy IT support environment preferred. Responsibilities Support the IT Helpdesk process by responding to incoming calls and emails Complete helpdesk requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner Build, Image and install new PC’s and refurbish used PC’s Maintain a clean work area Qualifications Two Year technical degree or equivalent Basic Networking experience Computer Diagnostic experience Microsoft Windows and Linux experience Thorough understanding of IT concepts and terminology Good organizational and communication expertise a must
