Helpdesk Technician (contract position) - (Atlanta, GA)

Elevate is hiring a Temporary Helpdesk Technician who will serve as the 1st level contact for customers seeking technical assistance, both on site and remote. The Helpdesk Technician will perform basic troubleshooting of computer and software issues, and escalate as needed. You might be the right person if you... Have a desire to learn about technology in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, you will: Work out of our Atlanta office and handle tasks as assigned. This will range from swapping out mice, keyboards, and monitors, to imaging laptops and desktops. Experience Some IT experience is preferred, but not required, if a applicant has demonstrable knowledge about troubleshooting basic computer hardware and software issues. Computer skills Basic understanding of troubleshooting computer hardware, and standard software applications (Microsoft office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
