4-six years of professional IT PM background. (Actual END to END PM background) Project management experience in a technical environment. Requires expertise to comprehend, analyze and communicate the "big picture" to others; manages multiple changing priorities. Requires thorough knowledge and use of industry accepted project management disciplines. Requires excellent analytical expertise, facilitative, consultative, communication abilities, and strong judgment. (required skills) Project Managerial background - large size projects with enterprise impact Strong background managing budgets in excess of 1M. Must be able to track actuals vs forecasted, resource forecasting, planning, financial management PPM tool - preferably Clarity Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Strong communications skills, Relationship building, Expertise to manage matrix teams Prior background using Clarity Agile Methodology PM Background
