The firm focuses on representing consumers harmed by inaccurate credit reporting and other consumer reports such as erroneous housing and employment experience checks. They enforce consumers’ federal Fair Credit Reporting Act rights through litigation in the federal courts. In all consumer cases, they have the privilege to represent consumers seeking justice against corporations, often involving complex issues and sophisticated parties. Firm seeks: Professionally-minded, diligent, confident attorney to assist in substantive legal work (research, drafting, depositions, court and mediation proceedings), client intake, and other aspects of law firm operations.
