Blue Sky Therapy Speech Language Pathologist PRN Blue Sky Therapy is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who is passionate about their profession, eager to work and is a team member! The SLP is responsible for assessing and treating persons with speech, language, voice, swallowing and fluency disorders by evaluating hearing and speech/language test results and medical or experience info to diagnose and plan treatment for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders. Job description: Assess and treat persons with speech, language, voice, swallowing and fluency disorders. Responsible for review of patient’s charts to ensure that all patients who could benefit from intervention are screened and identified. Responsible for monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatments accordingly.
