Blue Sky Therapy Physical Therapist - PRN Job overview: Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist! Essential Job Function: Responsible for review of patient’s charts to ensure that all patients who could benefit from intervention are screened and identified. Responsible for initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and plan of care, when indicated. Responsible for observing and enforcing safety during all phases of patient care. Responsible for communicating, recording, and reporting to the Physician when max physical therapy benefit has been achieved. Responsible for working cooperatively with other health-care workers to provide the most efficient, economical, and comprehensive care for the patients.
