Blue Sky Therapy Physical Therapist ~ PRN The PT is responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. Position summary: Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist! Essential Job Functions: Responsible for review of patient’s charts to ensure that all patients who could benefit from intervention are screened and identified. Responsible for initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and plan of care, when indicated. Responsible for observing and enforcing safety during all phases of patient care.
