Blue Sky Therapy Occupational Therapist ~ PRN Blue Sky Therapy is looking for a Occupational Therapist who is passionate about their profession, eager to work and is a team member! The OTR is responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs. These treatment programs will be established in order to decrease fall risk, improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. The position will entail evaluations, treatments, and discharges for a skilled nursing facility. Position summary: Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that help restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well as general independence, to disabled persons. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for review of patient’s charts to ensure that all patients who could benefit from intervention are screened and identified.
