Regional Property Manager Job - (Pottsville, PA)

The Regional Manager reports directly to the VP of Operations and works with the other Regional Managers to Support every level of operations for their individual properties in the portfolio. This is a field position that requires 70% time spent at the properties and 30% at the Corporate Office, no overnight travel is required as all properties are within Berks County. This is an ideal career move for a seasoned Property Manager who is looking for additional growth potential as well as for an existing Regional Manager who is looking for a new exciting career path. Our current portfolio is expanding by 20% in 2017 with confirmed growth of an additional 20% or more in 2018. We are an established Property Management Company based in Berks County.
