Real Estate Sales Closing Coordinator - (Cherry Hill, NJ)

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic, part time Closing Coordinators / Processors for our Settlement Closing Department. This can be a full-time position for the right applicant. Responsibilities: • Ensure funds are received prior to disbursement • Disburse funds • Ensure a smooth and stress free closing transaction for buyers, sellers, and real estate agents Requirements: • 3+ years Title Insurance background • NJ Title Insurance Producer license • Willingness to become a Notary Public • Excellent customer service skill - always put the customer • Ready, willing, and able to travel throughout NJ and be able to accept assignments on short notice About Company: We are a successful, growing company in South Jersey with multiple positions and room to grow for the right person.
