Quality Assurance Regional Manager - (Logan, UT)

SUMMARY This role is within the Quality Assurance organization. The main aspect of the role includes, but is not limited to: Working within the Quality Assurance organization to improve quality of Icon Health & Fitness products built by foreign vendors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Analyze data to determine the cost drivers for quality defects for different products Icon Health & Fitness design and sell. Generating quality reports on a weekly basis to inform / educate and develop product improvements. Analyzing on-line reviews to understand the customer’s perspective of our products. Provide data/info to assist the design team in understanding clearly the key issues for the development of new product designs. Must show good judgment and analytical skills, with the expertise to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
