We are seeing an energetic and organized administrative assistant for long term employment in a fast-growth, team-oriented atmosphere. Candidate should have a positive can-do attitude, be proficient in all Microsoft Applications, especially Quick books, be excellent on the telephone and have an overall highly-recognizable, people-pleasing demeanor. Candidate should be an organizational guru with a passion for the paperless office lifestyle. This person must be a virtual task master, a doer, a checklist maestro. Responsibilities: • Working closely with Real Estate Broker to update Customer Relation Database daily • Weekly update of Marketing flyers and mailing to farming areas • Creating flyers on-line with help of Broker for new listings • Keeping Broker updated on his daily meetings • Work very closely with Transaction Coordinator and communicate to broker Requirements: • one year previous admin background • Expertise to quickly learn new systems with ease
