Engineering Technician - (Orlando, FL)

Summary/Objective The Engineering Technician performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or RF areas by constructing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing and maintaining equipment, components, devices, or systems over a broad range of problems. Qualified applicant will provide technical assistance with the design, development, construction, and testing of developmental prototype products, transition of pilot products to manufacturing, general electro/mechanical activities, test systems documentation, design, development and execution, and other development and testing activities. Applicant will work with engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions while operating the related equipment; conduct tests and report data in prescribed format under guided supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide technical assistance in the design, development, testing and modification of engineering prototypes.
