Mechanical Design Engineering Summer Internship - (Eden Prairie, MN)

RFA Engineering ( www.rfamec.com ) is seeking several growth oriented Design Engineer Interns to be part of our engineering team at our facility in Eden Prairie, MN. As a part of the team candidates who are qualified will be able to work on a variety of design projects for products in the off-highway equipment industry. Description Designs mechanical assemblies, parts, and systems for new and existing products. Creates parts and assemblies using 3D CAD software. Creates mechanical drawings, Bill of Materials info, and other documentation for product release. Evaluates prototype products and designs for possible refinement through assembly and test. Qualifications Working towards a degree in an Engineering related position, Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Expertise to work on numerous tasks concurrently. Must have knowledge of principles, and procedures of Mechanical Engineering to include the design process from concept through manufacturing.
