Music Therapist - Hospice DescriptionMUSIC THERAPISTS READ ON!!!Share your love for Music and greatly impact the lives of our patients!Heartland Hospice is growing and as a result we are looking for a Music Therapist on an a part time basis, 24-29 hours/week to support our hospice patients in their homes. Our Music Therapists provide care to patients in their homes in the Stevens Point and nearby locations.As a MT we are looking for someone with at least one year of work background in a multidisciplinary setting. We also require knowledge of principles, concepts and methodology of alternative therapy appropriate for terminally ill clients. Outstanding communication expertise both verbal and written. Demonstrated background to work well with a multidisciplinary team and the ability to develop and maintain rapport with the clients and families.
