Behavior Management Clinician (Part-time) - (Indianapolis, IN)

Position: Behavior Management- Level two Clinician Reports to: Behavior Management- Level one Clinician and Waiver Services Team Status: Independent Contract, PRN Summary: The Behavior Management Level two Clinician conducts all aspects of behavioral support plan development including observation, assessment, training, implementation, consultation, and monitoring on an as needed basis. The Level two Clinician will assess, develop and monitor behavior plan implementation based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct functional assessments (including functional analyses) of challenging behavior Design and implement techniques and procedures to reduce challenging behavior, based on systematic analysis of the variables (antecedents and consequences) Ensure accuracy in data collection procedures Provide home-based consultation Review, and edit behavioral support plans Review efficacy of the behavior plan
