Deployment / Implementation Manager - (Atlanta, GA)

Position description Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and overseeing all implementation activities, including User Management, Initial Training delivery, Organizational Change Management and On-Site Support. Assists the Clinical Product team and AVP of Product Deployment in all deployment-related tasks including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, and resources. Work together with product management, application development and customer service teams to align customer service strategy with product rollout and marketing & sales strategies Proactively communicate updates and release plans, schedules, milestones, etc. to customer service management/leadership Serve as single point of contact for all Customer Service teams, either attending meetings on behalf of all teams or personally looping in relevant parties to required meetings Assist Customer Service teams’ creation of release readiness plans
