Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Woodbridge, NJ office for a Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager. Ware Malcomb Civil Engineering assists private and public clients on a broad spectrum of commercial and residential development projects that improve and enhance communities. Senior Project Managers are responsible for leading and managing multiple site development projects entirely from start to finish including budgeting, scheduling, contract document preparation, design calculations, code searches and construction administration services. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training of support staff as well as working with consultant teams, assisting the Principal/Director with marketing of new and existing clients, and the financial success of all projects. The preferred requirements for a Senior Project Manager are: Min of ten year of background working within the Civil Engineering field, specifically within land development / site development
