Max Properties LLC is looking to hire an In-House Buyers Agent to represent the company in identifying homes to acquire that meet our buying criteria. This opportunity is extremely unique because this individual will serve as the companies very own Buyers Agent. The In House Buyers Agent will be dedicated to researching and finding residential properties to buy. This position will handle our ownership as a singular client as the investor by outsourcing new acquisition properties. Duties include but are not limited to: building rapport, skilled researching to ascertain great buying potential, identifying limitations of sale or move, evaluating property and communicating effectively with all clients and third parties.
