Director of Health Services 2500 Bonus - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Stoney Point Meadows is seeking a Full-time Director of Health Services for our new senior community which is under construction in the premier west side of Cedar Rapids. Stoney Point Meadows will have 84 units for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. It will feature state of the art amenities to promote independent living: a work out room, theater, ice cream parlor, restaurant style dining and more! Our 6 acre campus is located on Stoney Point Road and 16th Ave; easily accessible! Stoney Point Meadows is managed by Cassia, an affiliate of faith-based Augustana Care and Elim Care which have 200 yrs of combined service to those in need. The responsibility of the RN Director of Health Services, DHS is to ensure that the health and safety of residents receiving services through the newly built campus are being met through weekly on site visits with the residents and staff while providing oversight to the health services program.
