Senior Director, Education - (Alexandria, VA)

The senor director of education is responsible for driving and advancing the development, management, delivery and measurement of ASA's educational content and professional development offerings including certification programs, live and virtual events, as well as identifying and creating new educational offerings based on member interest and research. The senor director will foster member engagement with program planning, development and execution as the staff liaison for the association education and certification committee. This position reports to the vice president, education and strategic initiatives and supervises the day to day support of all department activities. This position supervises a dedicated small professional team of fun and engaged professionals, including the senior manager of education and certification; the senior manager of education and the coordinator for education and certification. The senior director works with the management team and all other staff as needed.
