Maintenance Coordinator - (Chesapeake, VA)

Greenfield Senior Living of Chesapeake is seeking an energetic and committed applicant to fill the position of Maintenance Coordinator for our assisted living community. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the facilities management of the community.The most important role is maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents. This is accomplished by having a working understanding of building systems and related code requirements. These systems include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and equipment repair. This position necessitates a team member with sound organizational / time organizational skills, the expertise to be "hands on" with the maintenance of the community and interact positively with all teammates to meet the community's objectives.
