Site Maintenance Technician - (Mission Viejo, CA)

StorAmerica Self Storage Maintenance - Responsible for properties in Mission Viejo & Rancho Santa Margarita Payrate: $12.00 an hour Hours are Tuesday - Saturday - 9 am - 6 pm Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, a fast paced, positive person, team member and self-motivated. We are a growing company and like to promote within. If you're punctual, responsible and a self-starter with a strong work ethic we would like to hear from you. Job overview: - Sweep hallways as needed. - Maintain facility. - Perform all property repairs (gates, drywall, plumbing, lights, paint, plumbing, etc.). - Perform unit conversions as directed by supervisor. - Clean vacated spaces and abandoned goods as needed. - Need to have reliable transportation. - Clean unit doors regularly. - Report any/all deficiencies to supervisor The position is not limited to the description above.
