Maintenance Attendant - (Winter Haven, FL)

The Courtyard by Marriott Winter Haven is seeking a Maintenance professional. Background is required, preferably in the hotel industry. You must be a hard working and dependable individual. Responsibilities and Expectations Maintain and repair various items in rooms and common areas of the hotel General knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Pool and other areas of maintenance Perform a preventative maintenance schedule Change and remove trash inside and outside the hotel Minor landscaping when needed Report any damages or repairs needed to management Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager Must have the expertise to communicate effectively with guests
