POSITION : Quality Machine Operator REPORTS TO : Plant Manager DEPARTMENT : Production LOCATION : Antioch, TN BRIEF JOB DETAILS : • To set up and maintain proper machine operation while maintaining the best quality possible for retail packages. Key responsibilities of a Quality Machine Operator are to : Set up and perform safe start-ups at the beginning of each shift. Think safety. Conduct prompt start-ups, timely shutdowns, and precise changeovers from 1 product to another. Recording accurate production output and downtime. Record and maintain Quality Control throughout the machine process. Maintain proper sanitation around machines according to plant GMP’s. Complete all SQF related documentation.
