Math and College Prep Tutor (Part-time) Sylvan Learning Locations: Raleigh, Garner, Knightdale, Wake ForestDo you love math? Then we need you! Sylvan Learning is looking for ENTHUSIASTIC, HAPPY, FLEXIBLE TEAM PLAYERS, to help our high-school students with their homework and prep for college entrance exams. We are looking for teachers/tutors with ability in math through calculus, high-school study skills and/or SAT/ACT prep.Skills and Abilities Required: Knowledge of general office equipment such as copiers, printers, and office phones Knowledge of tablet computers (iPads) Proven skill to engage, motivate, and inspire students to learn Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Proven skill to manage multiple tasks and be flexible Strong issue solving and customer service skills Strong team playerAvailability and Commitment Required: Preferred 10-30 hours per week
