1st Christian Church of Midland is beginning a search for musicians to lead and shape in multiple worship services. Due to the retirement of longtime staff, FCC has a unique opportunity to evaluate and dream about the future. In the broadest terms in our initial searching, the church has the need for persons to lead: 1. Contemporary worship. Lead instrumentalist and vocalist/soloist working with an ensemble of vocalists and instrumentalist. Principal worship leader for this service. 2. Classic worship. Lead keyboard instrumentalist for all congregational music and work with choir. Weddings funerals and special events are part of this position.
