In-House Counsel / Personal Attorney to Company Founder - (Pasadena, CA)

We are primarily a legal-employment related company located in Malibu, California with offices around the United States. We have an immediate need for a 2nd attorney to join our legal team. This position involves assisting the company and company founder with a variety of practice areas (litigation, corporate, tax, family law, employment and others). This position is challenging and requires someone who is quick to think on their feet and enjoys working on a variety of matters. This position can be hourly to full time. The pay is competitive with family-owned companies but is not a big law type salary. There is plenty of work and we are in a small office that allows you the flexibility of working and learning about a variety of matters and contributing your legal skills and work somewhere it will be appreciated.
