Production Associates - (Charlotte, NC)

If you are interested and committed to assembling quality products while meeting high production standards, we want you on the 2nd shift Assembly team building various components in the production of commercial sized ac units. You can go to work in a few days in an environmentally controlled, clean, and safe facility with a focus on quality, not quantity. This team works hard but in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Safety is always a priority so your 1st day on the job will include a thorough safety orientation. On the job training will be provided. Pay starts at $11.00 per hour with a three and six month wage increase potential up to $11.50 per hour. The normal schedule runs Monday through Thursday 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM. Mandatory overtime may be scheduled for Friday/Saturday. Responsibilities: Assembly of kits Fastening of machine screws Wiring of compressors, monitors, or displays
