Nursing Home Administrator - (West Chester, PA)

Wellington at Hershey's Mill is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator for their quick paced, short term rehab. The rehab is part of a continuum of care located in West Chester, PA. We are seeking a seasoned professional who wants to be part of an innovative and dynamic community that focuses on making a difference in the lives of seniors. The Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for planning and directing all day-to-day functions of the health center in accordance with applicable company, federal, state, and local standards to promote that the highest degree of quality care is provided to its residents. Familiarity with Medicare regulations, survey process, and different payor sources such as Medicare, insurance and private pay is required. Must be experienced with current survey process and familiar with State and Federal Regulations, including but not limited to the Mega rule changes.
