Sales Support Representative - (Angleton, TX)

Summary: This position is responsible for providing overall customer support with an emphasis on quoting expedited pricing and delivery for Flowserve Cookeville QRC customers. This position will be located in Angleton, TX Principal Accountabilities: 1st line contact for Flowserve, Cookeville customers. Quoting expedited pricing and deliveries to Flowserve Cookeville QRC customers. Handling phone/fax / e-mail inquiries which includes quoting price and delivery with proper discounts, advising current status of orders in process, and other functions as required.Maintain accurate and organized filing system for quotes. Providing general customer support. Display the appropriate initiative, flexibility and perseverance to satisfy the customer\u0027s request within the guidelines of Flowserve Cookeville\u0027s performance objectives and published procedures.Coordinate expediting requests between customers and Flowserve resources.
