IRS Regulatory Specialist - (Lumberton, NC)

Perform all tasks on a timely basis in order to meet processing schedules and legal and regulatory timeframes for legal processes (e.g. levies, liens, garnishments, and subpoenas; Federal Regulation CC, D, DD and O; Internal Revenue Service Regulations, related to tax reporting; abandoned property laws; and lawyer trust accounts).2. Effectively communicate with outside and internal legal counsel, court representatives, and local, state and federal government agency representatives.3. Develop and maintain a thorough current expertise of assigned functions and related process flows.4. Develop and maintain a thorough current knowledge of all systems and applications used in daily processing.5. Provide quality client service by assisting in problem/research resolution.6.
