Description Part-time evenings Caregiver Primary Location: United States-WI-WICashton Function: Direct Support Professional (Care Givers) REM Wisconsin III Description We have openings for part-time position on evenings, in the Cashton area, every Monday evening and every other weekend, with expertise to pick up or cross train for more hours.. We seek a compassionate person to: Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. Support community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. Partner with other staff members to support individual service plans and goals. Requirements: What we require of you: Must be min of eighteen years of age NO high-school diploma, GED or equivalent required Valid Driver’s license with no suspensions due to moving violations in past twelve months
