As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP) with California MENTOR, you’ll be 1 of these extraordinary people. Description The Direct Support Professional may be a full-time or part-time position and is considered non-exempt and paid hourly. The DSP (Caregiver) is responsible to provide direct support within a single program or unit within a program, typically supporting four - 6 individuals in residential settings, or up to ten individuals in periodic programs.
