Position Human Resources Specialist - Recruiter Required Code 1065 Location Tucson, AZ Full-time Yes Duties Critical responsibilities and Critical Success Measures The Human Resource Specialist, Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates for open positions. Working with hiring managers throughout the full life-cycle recruiting/hiring process including discussing open positions and internal options, reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews, coordinating interviews for hiring managers, and negotiating offers. The Recruiters report directly to the Manager of Recruiting. Primary Objectives of the Human Resources Recruiter: * Develop and execute recruiting plans. * Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees. * Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
