Employee Relations Lead - (Chicago, IL)

Description: BASIC FUNCTION: This position is responsible for serving in an enterprise business consultant role committed to creating value, providing exceptional service, and positively impacting the business to drive results. This will be accomplished by leading projects that support the enterprise, providing HR ability, analyzing and recommending improvements, developing communications and training and facilitating meetings in order to see projects through from inception to implementation. This role will also serve to support management and employees in fostering positive, effective relationships throughout the enterprise and by serving in a lead role on compensation projects that impact the enterprise. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *Bachelors degree in Business or Human Resources. *six years background working in a position that requires a broad understanding of operations flow, delivery of business services, and the impact on the customer and corporate deliverables.
