Overview Surgical Care Affiliates is currently seeking a Director of Operations for our Southwest Region in Florida. SCA, a leader in the outpatient surgery industry, strategically partners with health plans, medical groups and health systems across the country to develop and optimize surgical facilities. SCA operates more than 210 surgical facilities, including ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals, in partnership with approx 7,500 physicians. Management of Facility CEOs Build and support operations and clinical team in surgical center facilities Lead talent management processes at facility level: help define and clarify roles, set expectations for performance, evaluate and top grade talent where needed, and prepare for succession planning
