The Warehouse Manager will supervise, train and motivate warehouse employees and team to meet warehouse and transportation standards, goals, efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Manages a team of four Warehouse Supervisors, two Internal Logistic Coordinators, four Traffic Coordinators and two Sample Coordinators. POSITION DETAILS Direct responsibility for all warehouse activities that assure the timely and efficient movement of product through the warehouse. Enforce all company policies and plant rules, to include but not limited to issue solving, development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
