Mechanical?Superintendent - International LOCATIONS International - Locations Vary SUMMARY Manages field operations specifically relating to building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, building automation controls, fire protection, wastewater treatment, fuel tanks and distribution systems, water purification and treatment systems, and mechanical site utilities) in order to achieve a satisfactory, orderly level of production by crafts and subcontractors. Enforces all relevant safety and quality control policies and procedures in assigned area. Ensures that work meets the owner's expectations, produces satisfactory profits, meets time limitations and contractual requirements.
