J. Paul Roofing & Construction is a local, established company in Richardson, Texas hiring self-motivated individuals in the area. Sales Associates have the potential to make $10K plus per month, plus bonuses, a drone, work vehicle, company trips, etc. Work outdoors - Create your own schedule! Potential to make $1,000 plus per week Potential to move up in the Company to Field Trainer and/or Sales Management positions. Must be energetic with strong social/people/verbal skills. Must have a working vehicle, and be able to get on ladder and perform roof inspections. Must be a self-starter with a great attitude and be able to work with, inspire, and motivate others. Past sales and/or sales background in construction or trades background is not required, but helpful . Learn by assisting and working with our current sales reps.
