FOOD PREP and ASSEMBLY WORKERS NEEDED (Ronan, Montana) - (Polson, MT)

FOOD PREP & ASSEMBLY WORKERS needed for high-volume prepared meals company. Must have a thorough understanding of food handling safety qualifications, ingredient measuring by weight, knife skills, and other skills required to prepare high-quality food within a fast-paced USDA/FDA processing environment. Preference is given to ServSafe certification, but not required. Must be extremely reliable, as good attendance is required to meet our production deadlines. Must be able to follow directions and work unaided and within a team. Must be willing to do both food prep and assembly tasks as directed. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Expertise to follow specific recipes and protocols; able to perform recipes according to strict quality standards High volume food production background Expertise to stay calm in a hectic environment, particularly if problems arise General understanding of cooking technique and best practices
