Job summary At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join the Legrand Fort Mill Team in Fort Mill, SC. The applicant will provide support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, staff records, employee and/or labor relations, payroll, benefits administration and orientation. May requires bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related position and/or 2-4yrs of background in the Human Resources field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
