Field Human Resource Generalist - (Baton Rouge, LA)

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: The Field Human Resources Generalist is the 1st point of contact for HR needs within regions performing generalist duties reporting to Regional HR Manager. Field HR Generalist will also be responsible for all Oracle HCM and Kronos function for designated region supporting Divisions HR Generalist and HR Coordinator. MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY: * 1st point of contact for designated region supporting all HR needs and tasks assigned by Regional HR Manager (RHRM). * Maintains Oracle HCM and Kronos for regional employees’ acting as the main point of contact for any questions or issues and partners with Divisions HR Coordinator as required. * Process regional job requisitions within Oracle Recruit and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned region. * Manage new hire packet and ensure all paperwork is completed and forwarded to divisional office. * Partners with the HR Center of Excellence and/or other identified back office support.
