This is an opportunity to utilize your troubleshooting and analytical abilities and assist in the development of services in the IT Operations Center. This is a first shift, Friday - Monday position supporting a 24x7 team performing proactive monitoring of critical IT services, End User Background Management (EUEM), identification, triage and correlation of events, as well as, trending analysis to gain situational awareness of our IT environment. This includes coordinating the technical response for potential major incidents and major incidents. The successful applicant will have broad computer skills with an expertise to communicate effectively with both colleagues and all levels of management.
