Director-UI/UX - (King of Prussia, PA)

JOB DESCRIPTION: * Oversee Vertex UX/UI team through research, strategy development, conception, product definition, and design. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage multiple workstreams with varying timelines and complexity. * Collaborate with, coordinate, and manage the UX/UI team's projects and deliverables. * Research and communicate the importance and connectivity of the User Background and User Interface (UX/UI) when developing new features. * Provide feedback to designers, product owners, and front-end engineers. * Lead our user testing and feedback gathering. * Develop detailed requirements and translate those to a design approach, working closely with other teams. * Act as project lead to supervise new feature development from conception to launch. * Develop direct relationships with key clients, soliciting their ideas and feedback to help guide the development of new features and improve the usefulness of existing features.
