Scrum Master (IT Project Manager III/IV) - (Minneapolis, MN)

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is looking for an experienced and energetic Scrum Master to become a part of our dynamic and customer-focused team, which is developing large, complex web applications in the cloud. In this role, you will use your skills and background to ensure that your Scrum team is able to deliver high-quality software solutions, on time, in an agile, DevOps-focused environment. Essential responsibilities Recognize the nuances of this role, and exercise its capabilities fully, when it comes to delivering projects that meet business qualifications, on time and within budget Acts as a primary communication hub between business area, program management and the application development team to foresee risks, formulate plans, and organize activities to ensure sprints are completed on time Works with Product Owners to support short and long term release planning, and to keep work backlog healthy and prepared for execution.
