SQL Server DBA - (Charlotte, NC)

RDX a leading provider of Remote Database Services, is seeking an experienced SQL Server DBA to work in Charlotte, NC. The RDX program is experiencing tremendous growth and provides a great opportunity to work with a team of professionals in a dynamic environment. This is not a remote position. Applicant must reside in Charlotte, NC or is willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities: SQL Server DBA will be responsible for working on multiple environments and projects. Assignments include production support of the database environments (including rotational 24/7 on-call support), effective communication expertise (both verbal and written), RDBMS installation and maintenance. Under minimal supervision, DBA will be responsible for migrations, upgrades, proactive monitoring, maintenance, resolving technical issues, backup and recovery, and performance tuning. Requirements: At least three years Microsoft DBA with strong migration background. Background with SQL Server 2008/R2, 2012, 2014
