Position details The Lead Switch Activation Technician performs provisioning of all complex assignments of switch, SIP, PRI, ISDN, analog for either the Lucent 5E or Meta Switch platform. Additionally, the Lead works with Altice technicians, customer and customer s vendor on test and turn-up of new services. The Lead Switch Activation Technician is expected to lead, mentor and motivate team technicians and is the technical lead for any issues prior to escalation to Advanced Services and Management.
