Production Services Specialist - (Miami, FL)

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Embed yourself in the sales process, provide turnkey solutions to streamline and eliminate production-related administrative workload for Account Executives (e.g. ordering, production tracking, specifications, communications) * Partner with Sales to ensure appropriate pricing is obtained for every production buy, from price quote through billing, protecting margins * Communicate with Sales, agencies and/or client on artwork, production specs, file delivery instructions and timeline required to meet material order and delivery dates * Coordinate orders with multiple print vendors ensuring orders are produced correctly, on budget, and delivered with time for Operations to maintain posting/start date deadlines * Document production orders, ensuring that all budgets, purchases, and timelines are recorded accurately, as well as filed properly both electronically and physically * Work with Operations to resolve issues with production specs when problematic specs are found
