Key functions & Responsibilities: 45% Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders and travelers checks to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed; posts transactions to member accounts and maintain records; verifies cash and endorsements, issues receipts, and receives check re orders. 20% Provides members with service and info with regard to the services offered by the credit union; researches and solves member questions, problems and complaints either by telephone, correspondence or in person, in a timely manner while maintaining member satisfaction whenever possible. 15% Welcomes members and provides routine details concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific info and service; cross sells credit union services. 10% Keeps informed of the latest changes in credit union policies and procedures relating to security, compliance, rates, and consumer protection laws.
